- Account information: Your email address, used for authentication and to deliver draft previews.
- Forwarded emails: The emails you forward to your FolloQ address, including sender information, subject lines, and message content.
- Lead information: Names, email addresses, and company details extracted from forwarded emails.
- Generated content: AI-generated follow-up drafts and your edits to them.
- Usage data: Session information and timestamps for service operation.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the FolloQ service:
- Analyzing forwarded emails to understand conversation context
- Researching lead companies to personalize follow-up drafts
- Generating and delivering draft follow-up emails for your review
- Sending approved follow-ups on your behalf
- Scheduling and managing follow-up sequences
Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Email content is stored securely and access is restricted to automated processing systems. We do not manually read your emails.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate FolloQ, including email delivery providers and company research services. These services process data only as necessary to provide their specific function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers
- We do not access your inbox — we only process emails you explicitly forward to us
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- We do not send marketing emails to your leads
Data Retention
Email data and generated drafts are retained for 90 days after your last activity. Anonymous trial addresses and associated data expire after 24 hours. You can request immediate deletion of all your data at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
