By accessing or using FolloQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
FolloQ is an AI-powered email follow-up service. You forward lead emails to a unique address, and our system generates personalized follow-up drafts for your review and approval. No email is ever sent without your explicit approval.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address for authentication. You may not share your account or forwarding address with others for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FolloQ to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Forward emails you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through FolloQ. AI-generated drafts may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You must review every draft before approving it for delivery. FolloQ is a tool to assist you — the final decision to send is always yours.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you forward to FolloQ. We claim no ownership over your emails, lead data, or generated drafts. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Data & Privacy
Your use of FolloQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Email data is retained for 90 days after your last activity. Anonymous trial addresses expire after 24 hours.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
FolloQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, reputational harm, or errors in AI-generated content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service for spam or abuse. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@folloq.com.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
